YOGA SESSION

Our Yoga program introduces people to a full yoga practice as it was originally intended. People will gain experience in: yoga asanas (postures) meditation, breathing (pranayama), cleansing, chanting, yoga principles, mauna (silence), pooja (worship), kirtan (sacred singing), and other important aspects of the yogic path. The program offers practical tools for spiritual growth, mental health, and general well-being.
Our program Includes Ahtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Bahthi Yoga, Sprituality, Philosophy, Yogic Kriyas, Bandhan, psychotherapy, Yoga Therapy, Yoga for kids, Counselling, Differnet kinds of Meditation, etc.
